Return & Refund Details:
1. Please contact our customer service representative if you want to make a return.

2. You may return all products within 30 days of delivery for exchange or refund. The original bag and tag should be intact, not be damaged.

3. Items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in original package with all tags clearly attached with any related accessories that were included.

4. The buyer needs to pay the shipping cost for return (we only accept return through post office service, so please ship it back by post office service).

5. Please contact our customer service for return. Once your return is approved, we will send you the return address. Please do not send it back to the address on the shipping label by yourself.

6. We only refund the order amount; the shipping cost is non-refundable.

7. Refund will only be issued upon reception of the returned item at our warehouse. It will be refunded to the same payment method used to make your purchase. The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used (PayPal - 2 Business Days & Credit Card - 10-14 Business Days).
