-What is your shipping area? Do you ship to my country?
We ship to United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and most other european countries.

-What should I do if I have trouble logging in?
Firstly, please check your login details. Your login username is the email address you used for registration.

If you have forgotten your password, please select the “Forgot your password?” option on the Sign In page. Complete the information regarding your registration details and select the “Reset your password” option. If failed, please refesh the page and try again. If you are still unable to access your account, you can contact our customer service. We will try to help you out.

-When will I receive my order after purchase?
Usually, we need 1 or 2 business days to process the order. This processing time is not included in the shipping time (3 to 5 business days). It will take you about 4 to 7 business days to receive the order.

-What is the shipping cost?
The shipping fee is $19.99 USD. But if you order over $99 USD (include $99USD), you will get free express shipping.

-What is your payment method?
We accept payment by PayPal and Credit Card. Both of the two payment methods are secure and convenient.

-Is it safe and secure to order and pay on your site?
We guarantee that we will never share, rent or sell any customer’s private information.Customers can rest assured and purchase on our site.

-How do I know if my payment has been received or not?
Once your payment has been received, we will send you a notification email to inform you about the order. You can also visit herswim.com and log into your customer account to check the order status at any time.

-How do I know if my order has been shipped or not?
We will send you an email about the shipping and delivery details after we confirm the shipment.

-How do I change my shipping address?
In the event that you wish to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact our Customer Service as early as possible during the order processing stage to indicate your request. If the package has already been shipped, then the shipping information will not be able to be changed while the package is in transit.

-How do I cancel my order?
Please contact us within 24hrs after payment if you want to cancel the order. Orders are not allowed to be canceled after 24hrs. And if your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. For more details, please refer to our Return Policy.

-How do I track my order?
We will email you the tracking number and shipping carrier once your order has been shipped. And you can track the number on official site for an estimated delivery date by yourself.

-Do you accept custom products?
Usually, we do not accept custom orders. But we cannot 100% assure that. Please contact us to see if the product you want can be customized or not before purchase.

-How do I return my order?
We offer 30 days return warranty. Please contact us at first if you want to return your order. Please make sure that you understand our return policy and that you meet all the criteria. Please check our Return Policy for more details.

-Is there any extra tax charge?
The tax fees have been included in the product prices.
